With 10 years of experience as a prosecutor in the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office, and more than 35 years defending the accused in state and federal courts, Richard H. Rosenberg’s experience has enabled him to achieve positive results in a diverse array of criminal prosecutions. His experiences includes defending allegations relating to the misuse of office by public officials, money laundering, narcotic conspiracy, Internet-related crimes, racketeering, mail and wire fraud, as well as assaults, homicides and weapon possessions.
